Winemaker Oscar Ganoa continues the dial in his approach to the microclimates of the holdings of Monte Xanic and use them to his advantage. The result is stunning fruit development and lovely bright acidity that is hard to find in this region. This wine is not meant to age, it will hold in your cellar for a few years at minimum.
