Tasting Notes

Delicious textbook Cab Franc aroma’s of ripe red fruit, bell pepper, tobacco and forest floor. On the palate it starts off smooth and juicy but shows some structure and grip on the finish. Delicious light-weight but substantial red wine, drink with a very slight chill.

Clay, limestone and flint from various plot, 25 years old vines. Harvest by hand, fermentation in concrete tank during 3 weeks. Aging is done in oak vats during 6 months.
