100% Nero d’Avola  from selected vines in estate vineyards located down the slopes from Erice, in the north of the province of Trapani (Western Sicily), 250 to 300 meters above sea level.

The grapes are organically grown, hand-harvested, destemmed and soft pressed. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Aromatic nose of blueberries, raspberries and cherries. Round and elegant.
