Tasting Notes

From the dry-farmed, estate-owned, old vine Pagano vineyard, this has more than once been named the best wine in Mexico. 100% Grenache, the nose unfolds in layers of stewed strawberries, grilled plum, leather, vanilla, violets and dried herbs. In the mouth, dark berries take over and blend with the vanilla in a composition that reminds one of freshly picked Himalayan black berry cobbler served with vanilla ice cream a al mode. Drinking perfectly upon release.
