Inky, full-bodied and highly tannic dry red from Uruguay's flagship varietial, Tannat. No sulfites added. Fermentation is done with wild yeasts. Additionally, the wine is left unfiltered and the fermentation is largely done by wild yeasts. No tilling is done in vineyards, and they never use pesticides.
