This hand-picked sparkling is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from various vineyards in the Uco Valley. The aroma is rich in hints of strawberry, raspberry, rose petals, and freshly whipped cream, followed by a vibrant and crisp palate filled with red fruits and a hint of freshly baked bread. The fine bubbles, raspberry jam, and roasted almonds with delicate chalky tannins complete this exquisite wine.
