A pale gold hue introduces this wine, unveiling lively aromas of mineral-infused pear, quince, and quinine. With aeration, suave floral and blond tobacco notes emerge. Surprisingly juicy yet dry and firm, the wine presents chewy orchard and pit fruit flavors, accompanied by a subtle mineral essence. The finish, marked by a repeating floral note, is both penetrating and precise.

Viticulturally, Chateau de l’Eperonniere is in the process of organic conversion, abstaining from herbicides for five years and transitioning away from synthetic treatments to copper sulfate sprays. Sourced from the Croix de Picot parcel, overlooking the Loire from the Savennières hill, the soil, predominantly schist, imparts a classic Savennières character—rigorous, bone-dry, with an intense mineral finish.
