Venturini Baldini Roncolo 1888, Marchese Manodori Organic

Venturini Baldini's Reggiano Lambrusco Sparkling Dry Marchese Manodori comes from organic farming vineyards located on the Roncolo Estate, in the province of Reggio Emilia.

It is produced from clones of Lambrusco Marani, Maestri, Salamino and Grasparossa, harvested in the first ten days of September. After the fermentation in red at a controlled temperature, the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves according to the Short Charmat Method for 20-40 days.

The Marchese Manodori by Venturini Baldini is characterized by a beautiful intense ruby ​​red with violet reflections. On the nose it expresses pleasant notes of violet and ripe cherry, enriched by delicate hints of cloves and pepper. On the palate it is a medium-bodied wine, with exuberant but well-integrated tannins, good freshness and elegance.

Wine for the whole meal, it goes particularly well with savory first courses, cured meats and grilled red meats.
